The UK Government has opened a consultation on the introduction of a mandatory reporting duty for cases of child sexual abuse in England - which can be linked to sexual bullying. Views are sought on: how implementing a duty to report child sexual abuse could impact children, organisations, and affected workforces and volunteers; and how different aspects could be implemented.
