Beyond Equality is an organisation dedicated to tackling sexism in schools. For the past 18 months, in partnership with Movember, we’ve been facilitating conversations with groups of men across Bristol, Bath and the South West, unpacking the impact that masculinity has on their mental health, relationships and communities. Following the success of this project, and building upon the work we’re already doing in schools around the country, we’re offering interactive seminars and CPD-accredited workshops that provide educators with the knowledge and tools to:

• Recognise and challenge harmful gender norms that can limit young men and boys.
• Build inclusive school communities where boys feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
• Positively influence behaviour by addressing the root causes of boys' actions.

Our interactive workshops and seminars, available in both online and in-person formats, provide:

• In-depth understanding of masculinities and their impact on young people.
• Strategies to identify and address language and behaviours that perpetuate stereotypes.
• Practical tools and resources for ongoing conversations with students during PSHE lessons and tutor time.
