Undertaking Investigations Training

Course Description

A course to develop skills and knowledge about undertaking investigations from a HR consideration. This course will enable professionals to be able to demonstrate due diligence when there has been a breach in a code of conduct and will provide a framework for practice. The course is split over two half days.

This course is appropriate for members of the Senior Leadership Team, members of the governing bodies and Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs). 

Objectives

• To understand when to undertake an investigation, how to undertake the investigation and how to present the findings of an investigation.
